IRRADIATION + CONDUCTION + CONVECTION = HEAT EFFICIENCY/span>
The irradiation is one of the three ways by which the heat transfer takes place. It does not need direct contact between the exchangers and also it does not need a mean to propagate because the heat transfer takes place even in the void through electromagnetic waves.
With thermal conduction, we mean a process in which the heat transfer takes place through the oscillation of the molecules of the material in solid, liquid or gas form from the zones with high temperature towards those with low temperature. From this exchange of quantity of motion on a microscopic level comes the heat exchange energy.
The convection is the main mechanism of heat and material exchange between the gas (or hot liquid) and a cold surface. The heated particles, forced to move inside the proper conduits, transfer the heat by conduction together with part of their energy to the colder ones. The energy is actually stored in the particles and transported by their motion.

Famar’s thermo-fireplaces, thermo-stoves and stoves are accurately planned with the computer through mathematical models and investigated through studies in fluid dynamics. The use of new engineering technologies is the first important guarantee for the safety.
During the production cycle, all Famar’s products undergo unitary controls and tests from a dimensional, visual, hydraulic and electronic point of view with unitary verifications on the maximum execution pressure, on the intrinsic technical characteristics, on the welding of the leak-proof heat exchanger and on the used components.
Every component and every product during the phases of assembling and welding undergo specific controls according to the manuals of certified company quality. They are controlled in all the phases of planning and production until the final one, the ignition control, in which the final test takes places during its use, with verification on the management software and on all the applications for which the product has been produced.
