The Broad combustion chamber, with loading from the bottom, makes it possible to burn any kind of multifuel at the highest level of efficiency. The burner, duly shaped and structured with holes properly shaped and characterized, uses a complete lightning system for the first lightning and for the other ones when there is real need; it occurs automatically and it is programmable.

Innovative ignition for difficult combustion triggers

In the traditional boilers, the multifuel have evident difficulties of ignition which change according to the kind of fuel used. The advanced Famar technology eliminates this drawback managing the first phase of ignition with a dedicated igniter, provided with a proper fan which gives the direction to the forced hot air of the igniter directly to the fuel.
The successive phases are managed by a “flame maintenance”, a system which records a flame memory internal to the burner, avoiding to continually use the ceramic glow, saving the management costs (less fuel and electric energy avoiding at the same time the wear and tear of the igniter).

Easy to program and use

The programming can take place directly “on board” of the machine through a touch display for an easy management of the boiler whether automatic or manual; alternatively, it can be managed remotely from a thermostat from any house location or with a Modem GSM/GPSR or Wi-Fi module, “making remote even the safety signals and the management”.

Self-cleaning

The Geysir 16-24 boiler boasts a simplified periodical manual exchanger cleaning, activating an internal device. The cleaning of the burner is automatic and programmable and variable according to the type of fuel and the hours of use. The only internal maintenance is the emptying of the ash drawer.

FUNCTIONING SYSTEM

The multifuel contained in the tank arrives to the inferior screw after jumping from the superior screw (more safety) and it is brought, with loading from the bottom, to the burner present inside the combustion chamber. In the phase of first ignition, the ignition system starts the combustion helped by the intake of primary combustion air.

The fumes coming from the combustion through forced inhalation are forced to pass through the pipes of the exchanger which have turbulators and scrapers, releasing more heat quantity with the lowering of the fumes temperature and the elimination of fine and carbonaceous dusts.

During the successive ignitions, an apposite observation system for combustion chamber and for the burner avoids the use of the igniter using the memory effect of the present flame. A mechanical and electronical safety system guarantees the “total security of the system” in an automatic and modulating way.

Reached the proper or balanced temperature set to the system, it turns off and remains in position waiting, guaranteeing at every instant the re-ignition or the power supply both to the system and to the domestic hot water production. An automatic or manual cleaning system, adjustable by the needs of the end user, allows a periodical cleaning of the surfaces with the collection of the residuals in the ash drawer. The entire body of the drawer and the combustion chamber is insulated with high-insulated panels 45/50 mm thick.
